Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rh85" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at rh85.cam, including all associated games, services, payment functions, and customer support systems made available to registered users.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on rh85 and complied with the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon completion of the registration and KYC process, through which the Player accesses all rh85 services.
• "Wallet" means the unified Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Player's rh85 Account, used for all deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals across all game categories on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the rh85 Platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, and racing.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by rh85, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to rh85's identity verification process, requiring Players to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a matching selfie prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming activities in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rh85.cam, registering an account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the rh85 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing rh85 and must not register an account or place any wager on the Platform.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on rh85, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active. rh85 does not knowingly permit persons under 21 years of age to open or operate an Account. This age restriction is in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of the type offered by rh85 is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rh85 complies with local laws in your location.
3. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from engaging in gambling activities under any applicable court order, self-exclusion arrangement, or legal guardianship may not register an Account.
4. Identity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.
5. Single Account: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on rh85. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To create an rh85 Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at minimum a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification, a chosen username, and a secure password. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

rh85 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the customer relationship. Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, rh85 requires successful completion of its KYC identity verification process, which includes:

• Submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted forms of ID include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, and Voter's ID.
• A clear, recent selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted identification document.
• Where required: proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

KYC verification is a one-time process that, once successfully completed, remains on file for the duration of the Account's active status unless rh85's compliance team determines that re-verification is necessary. Standard KYC review is completed within 24 hours of submission, often faster during regular business hours.

rh85 reserves the right to decline Account registration or suspend an existing Account without prior notice if it reasonably determines that eligibility requirements are not met or that false information has been provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rh85 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. rh85 will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support chat, SMS, or email. Any request for your password purporting to come from rh85 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify rh85 immediately via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. rh85 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided rh85 has properly authenticated the session in question.

rh85 employs the following security measures to protect your Account:

• SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmissions between your device and rh85 servers
• OTP-based two-factor authentication for logins from new or unrecognized devices
• Biometric login support (fingerprint and Face ID) on compatible Android and iOS devices
• Automatic session timeout after configurable periods of inactivity
• Account lockout after five (5) consecutive failed login attempts

rh85 reserves the right to suspend or freeze an Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Account security has been compromised, fraud has occurred, or suspicious activity has been detected.

Deposits

All deposits made to your rh85 Account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied; funds are accepted and stored in PHP only. rh85 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Internet Banking
• UnionBank Online
• Metrobank Online
• 7-Eleven Cliqq (cash over-the-counter)
• USDT TRC20 (converted to PHP at prevailing rate upon receipt)
• Coins.ph

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 for GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard. rh85 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the rh85 Account holder. rh85 reserves the right to return deposits and require re-submission if the payment account name does not match the registered Account name, or if the deposit is flagged by rh85's anti-money laundering processes.

rh85 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals from their rh85 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Wallet balance.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a Bonus must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the rh85 Account holder.

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission, including on weekends and Philippine public holidays. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 30 minutes.

rh85 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Network or transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility. rh85 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal where it deems such verification necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Bonuses & Promotions

rh85 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The specific terms governing each promotion — including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit trigger, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of this Agreement when a Player opts into a promotion.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all rh85 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (as specified per promotion) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward clearing the wagering requirement; games may be excluded or contribute at reduced rates as stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days from credit, as specified per promotion) will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times or across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Section 10.
• Right to Void: rh85 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to recover any bonus funds already used in wagers, if rh85 determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, misrepresentation, or in violation of these Terms.

rh85 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring obligations for Players who have already validly opted in to the affected promotion.

Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on rh85 — including slots, live dealer games, color game, bingo, racing, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules made available within the game interface or provider documentation. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.

rh85 uses only certified game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) technology has been independently audited and approved by recognized testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) rates displayed on game information pages reflect the actual long-term statistical rates applied to those games.

rh85 reserves the right to void a game round or wager in the following circumstances:

• A technical malfunction, software error, or server failure affecting the integrity or outcome of the game round
• Evidence that the outcome was determined in a manner inconsistent with the stated game rules
• Detection of exploitation of a software bug, glitch, or error in the game engine
• Any other circumstance in which rh85, acting reasonably, determines that the game result cannot be verified as fair and accurate

In the event a game round is voided, the relevant wager will be returned to your Wallet. rh85's decision regarding voided games is final, subject to the dispute resolution process available through customer support. All game outcomes are logged and retained; session records are available to Players on request for a period of 90 days from the date of the game round.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rh85 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Wallet balance:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play as a person under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting an underage person in accessing the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per person, whether personally or through proxies, associates, or third parties.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting any bonus or promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using specific low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other Players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to influence game outcomes, share information in live dealer or poker games, or engage in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Making fraudulent payment claims, disputing legitimate deposits through your bank or payment provider (chargeback abuse), or using payment methods belonging to another person without their consent.
• Money Laundering: Using rh85 for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. rh85 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Software Exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with rh85's game systems in a manner not permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward rh85 staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

rh85 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. We recognize that while the vast majority of our Filipino players enjoy casino and sports betting games as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. It is rh85's obligation — and our genuine commitment — to provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

rh85 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from every registered Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you may deposit into your rh85 Wallet. Limits take effect immediately upon setting; increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rh85 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from rh85.cam without prior written authorization from rh85.

Game content — including titles, mechanics, graphics, and audio — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is subject to those providers' licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rh85 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the rh85 Platform, including but not limited to: lost profits from wagering, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, unauthorized account access resulting from a Player's own failure to secure their credentials, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

rh85's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their rh85 Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rh85 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate error-free or uninterrupted at all times, and does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game, payment method, or promotional offer.

Privacy & Data Protection

rh85 collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rh85 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Player personal data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations.

rh85 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

rh85 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rh85 will notify registered Players via a notification displayed upon their next login to the Platform, or via email to the address registered on their Account, at rh85's discretion.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rh85 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account via the live chat support team.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at rh85.cam/terms-conditions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the rh85 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through rh85's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat. rh85 will endeavor to resolve any dispute within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted through the live chat system.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through rh85's internal process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitration body as agreed between the parties in writing, with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.
